Important: The Finnish sauna in our complex is electric. IT IS FORBIDDEN to pour water on the stove stones. Water may only be used in areas specifically designated for this purpose.
Booking and Payment
• Exclusive use of the facility, with the Provider’s obligation not to transfer usage rights to third parties, is granted only by prior reservation.
• To confirm the booking, a fee for the exclusive use of the facility must be paid.
• The fee for exclusive use is a charge for the right itself and does not depend on the actual use of the facility by the Customer.
Cancellation, Late Arrival, and Changes
• In case of refusal, cancellation, late arrival, or changes to the date/time not agreed with administration, the paid fee is non-refundable.
• Time adjustments for late arrival are not provided.
Rules of Visit
• Visiting with Children: Minor guests (under 18) are only allowed in the complex when accompanied by parents or legal guardians.
• Swimwear Etiquette: Presence in water areas (pool, jacuzzi) is allowed only in swimwear.
Important: In case of violation of these rules, the administration reserves the right to deny exclusive use of the facility without refund of the paid fee.
