Hot Sauna Experience
1. First Session in the Steam Room
"Ritual of the First Steam": contactless and low-contact steaming with oak brooms.
2. Second Session
General body warming. Light steaming with oak brooms using several techniques by the steam master.
3. Third Session
Intensive steaming with oak brooms, focusing on strong, striking techniques. The head is covered with cold fir brooms. Light full-body massage with an oak broom.
4. Contrast Procedures
Cool/cold shower, dousing with cold water, or bathing in the plunge pool.
5. Tea Ceremony
With herbal tea, honey, and traditional dry biscuits.
